The quickest way to reach us is by email at contact@gramfetch.com. We read every message, but GramFetch is a small independent project, so replies can take a few days.

Before you write

• If a link won't download, check the troubleshooting tips first. Most failures come from private accounts, deleted posts, or Story links, which GramFetch can't download.
• Answers to common questions are in the FAQ and our guides.

What helps us help you

• The exact Instagram link you pasted, and the error message you saw.
• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".
• For guide corrections, the article link and what has changed in Instagram.
• For privacy requests, put "Privacy request" in the subject. See our Privacy Policy.

Never send us your Instagram password or login codes. GramFetch never needs them. We can't give legal advice; for disputes about specific content, contact the creator or report it to Instagram.
