What we cannot do:GramFetch does not bypass Instagram privacy settings, impersonate Meta or Instagram employees, remove watermarking imposed by creators on their own uploads, or provide downloads for clearly non-public accounts. We also cannot provide legal advice; for copyright disputes about specific media, contacting the creator or their representative is appropriate.

Response times:Emails are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Complex legal or abuse reports may take longer because we investigate carefully. For GDPR-related requests (access, correction, deletion of data where applicable), please put "Privacy request" in the subject line and describe your request precisely.
